Stitch Effects will exam your provided design to estimate the stitch count, based on the art and the requested size of embroidery.

Digitizing is the process of converting a standard art file into an embroidery file. Digitizing is a one time fee of $35 for standard embroidery locations and sizes (up to 5 inches). Larger designs may require higher fees between $50 and $75.

Digitizing/Art
What is a digitizing fee? With embroidery, every design and all art must be converted into a stitch-able file. Your art will be placed into a program, where Stitch Effects will optimize the stitch setting, ensuring your design translates to stitching in the best way possible.

Standard sizing and placement is $35 per design for a design up to 5 inches by 5 inches. Larger embroidery, such as a full back fall between $50 and $100 per design.
​
This is a one time fee per design/art file, never to be seen on repeat orders.
Turnaround & Order Placement
Turnaround times are 15 to 20 business days from payment received. We take all payments up front, in full.
​
Garment color cannot be changed after payment. Test stitch outs are provided for approval before production begins, within 7 business days of ordering. Art and thread color cannot be changed after digital mockup is approved.

Rush Fees:
11-14 Business Days: 15% of order total with a minimum charge of $35.
7 - 10 Business Days: 25% of order total with a minimum charge of $50.
3 - 6 Business Days: 35% of order total with a minimum charge of $100.
2 Business Days: 50% of order total with a minimum charge of $150.
1 Business Day: 100$ of order total with a minimum charge of $250.

We offer pickups by appointments, free local delivery, and shipping options via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.
